Import Notes
When an import finishes, Pathmuncher tells you how it went.
If everything in the build was matched, you see "Import completed successfully." Otherwise you see "Import completed with some notes.", and the Import notes window lists what Pathmuncher could not match to a Foundry item.

Reading the notes
The notes are grouped by kind, each with a count: Class, Ancestry, Heritage, Background, Deity, Feats, Specials, Equipment, Weapons, Armor, Spellcasting, Spells, Signature spells to choose, Rituals, Formulas, Familiars, Pets not imported, Companions and Companion choices to check. Only the groups for ticked import options are checked.
An unmatched item has usually just got a different name in Foundry. Search the compendiums for it by hand, and drag it onto the sheet. If you find one that Pathmuncher should have matched, please let us know on GitHub or Discord, so it can be added.
Specials
Specials are Pathbuilder's notes about a character: things like "Low-Light Vision", a class feature's sub-option, or an ability granted by another feature. Many need nothing in Foundry, or are a choice already made on another item. Check that the sheet has what each one describes, but do not be surprised if most of them are already covered.
A few specials that Foundry handles elsewhere, such as Low-Light Vision and Darkvision (which become senses), are left out of the notes.
Part of another feature
Pathbuilder lists some things on their own that in Foundry are a section of a bigger feature. These are listed with the feature they belong to. Hover over a name to read that section, or click the feature to open it.
Signature spells to choose
Pathbuilder's export does not say which spells a bard, oracle, psychic, sorcerer or summoner chose as signature spells. This group lists the spellcasting entries whose signature spells are still to be chosen. Mark them on the character sheet's Spells tab. Later imports mark the same spells again, and the group no longer appears.
Companions
Pets not imported lists the pets Pathmuncher did not build: any animal companion, eidolon or construct companion when the PF2e Companion Compendia module is not active or you chose to leave it out. Companions lists the parts of a companion that matched nothing, such as an animal the module does not have.
Companion choices to check lists the choices Pathmuncher made for a companion because Pathbuilder's export does not record them, such as a horse's size or an eidolon's attribute boosts.

Change any that are wrong in the eidolon builder, or on the companion's items. Later imports keep them.
Rules to check
Sometimes Pathmuncher cannot work out an item's choices or the items it grants from the build. When that happens, it lets the Foundry system apply the item's rules itself, and lists the item here.
Open each one and check anything it asked you about or added.
Things that are never reported
Skills, attributes, lores and a handful of specials that need nothing in Foundry are left out of the notes, so the list stays short.
